Ruth Kramer received her Ph.D. in Linguistics From the University of California at Santa Cruz in 2009 and is an associate professor at the Department of Linguistics at Georgetown University, as well as an Adjunct Researcher at the Center for the Advanced Study of Language, University of Maryland. Her research interests are in theoretical syntax and morphology, particularly agreement, definite marking, and number and gender within nominal phrases.
